Twelve Chairs-Boston

After reading so many great reviews in top tier shelter magazines I had to get to Twelve Chairs in the Fort Point Channel neighborhood of Boston and so very glad that I did so.  The shop is a refined melange of interior furnishings experly merchandised in a seemingly effortless manner that makes you want to take everything home.

From the moment I stepped into the charming, daylight filled space  I felt comfortable and inspired by the well curated collection of soft textiles, handsome, sustainable furniture, books, accessories and vintage finds.  But what made the visit even more memorable was the engaging, hospitable greeting of Miggy Mason, one of the two talented founders.  She clearly has the savoir faire of a merchant who knows how important it is to connect with anyone stepping into her shop.

Twelve Chairs offers interior design services as well as selling the wares of their shop.  I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to hand over a major design project to this talented duo.

Make haste to Twelve Chairs!

I like how they treated the foyer to their space with this botanical playfulness.
