Sending a Gift?
If you would like an item sent as a gift, please include the shipping address and a gift message in the box provided on the item ordering page.
Your gift will be tied with a grosgrain ribbon and include a gift card with a handwritten message per your instructions.
All pricing information will of course be omitted, but we will include a packing slip for ease of exchange if the recipient would like something different.

Returns and Exchanges
1. All SALE, bespoke and custom items (prices ending in $0.99 and $0.95) are final sale – no returns, refunds or exchanges.
2. For all full price purchases-within 5 days of receipt of your order contact customer service to request a returns number (RA#).
3. Pack item(s) in original condition and include a copy of your receipt with your wishes to return or exchange.
4. Ship insured with package tracking.
5. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.
6. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges will be shipped for free via Ground service.
