The founder...In 1996 Kathleen Mitchell launched Snow Cabin Goods, a luxury sweater and soft home furnishings brand to underscore the rich heritage of superb Scottish knitwear production. She then developed an extensive hand knit sweater collection from Bosnia-Herzegovina to provide much needed employment for displaced refugee women. The Snow Cabin Goods Collection is available in select, upscale, specialty apparel shops throughout North America.
In 2009, Kathleen founded Kit Mitchell to bring together some of the best found and mindfully designed product together as a collective offering.
